Education Stabilization Reporting SY2021-22

Educational organizations that received one or more ESSER and/or GEER subawards must annually report on the uses of those funds in accordance with the grant assurances signed by the organization. 

In this data collection, expenditure data is only requested for the reporting period July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022. Expenditure data for subsequent reporting periods will be collected in later data collections.

This survey must be completed in a single session. There is no option to save data and return to complete at a later time. In preparation for this survey, please collect all requested data.

Thank you for your time and attention to annual reporting. The ESSER/GEER annual reporting survey will be closed until February 8, 2023 for updates. These updates will help to improve reporting accuracy that better aligns to the reporting period. Once the updates have been complete, another communication will be sent out so that collection may begin again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
