Reading about the steps and seeing the screenshots was helpful. Seeing it in action would be more beneficial. Maybe when I log in and attempt to complete this it will be as easy as it sounds in the steps, however, with the number of students who have moved in and out of my class, and the number who have been in and out of SpEd, I’m concerned about making sure I have the % correct for each student. I do know whom to turn to if I require assistance.

As a first year completing this process, this did not provide clear step-by-step instructions. Videos demonstrating the completion of these processes would be much more helpful.

A full day with a competent trainer–immediate in person response and guidance–might have provided sufficient support to do this. As is, I am as lost as I was when I opened the email.

I feel like the documentation would be better suited in a manual pdf document.
By having in a manual would allow for quick searching of the document when question/issues arise.
The way it is broken down now is very time-consuming to sift through the information.
I would greatly prefer pdf/manuals.
