Cell Phone Use Policy Survey

The start of school brings much excitement. As you embark on a new year, the Department of Education and Workforce kindly requests that you complete a brief, four-question multiple-choice survey about how you plan to implement Ohio law that requires adoption of a local policy governing the use of cell phones by students during school hours by July 1, 2025.

While considerable time remains for policy adoption, the Department would like to learn more about what districts are doing now and to determine if there are any needed supports.
