College Credit Plus Awareness

Purpose of this Survey

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is collecting information to meet the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Section 3302.02. Why Your Response Matters

Your response ensures accurate reporting for your district or school. This survey contains one question and should take 1–3 minutes to complete. A response from each district, community school, and STEM school is required to supplement data collected through EMIS. This information will appear on the Ohio School Report Cards.
