Prevention Services Data Reporting

Ohio law requires schools to report on the types of prevention-focused programs, services and supports used to assist students in grades K through 12 develop the knowledge and skills to engage in healthy behaviors and decision-making and increase awareness of the dangers and consequences of risky behaviors, including substance use, suicide, bullying and other harmful behaviors.

Schools and districts who complete and submit a prevention-services data report are in compliance with reporting requirements.
