ESF GEER II Reallocation Survey

The period of availability for GEER II grants awarded under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) is ending September 30, 2023. These funds cannot carry over beyond the end of September, and any unclaimed funds will be returned to the federal Government. In order to maximize these resources, the Department plans to reallocate funds to organizations who can use additional funds for qualifying expenses before the September 30, 2023 deadline.

This survey must be completed in a single session. There is no option to save data and return to complete at a later time. In preparation for this survey, please collect all requested data.
